Workshop: Delivering what matters: Using SCALE to transform incubators and accelerators
This interactive workshop introduces the SCALE framework, a globally informed, evidence-based approach designed to help Enterprise Support Organisations (ESOs), incubators, accelerators and Business Development Services (BDS) providers deliver more effective and impactful support to social enterprises.
Developed through extensive research, SCALE highlights the key factors that differentiate meaningful, demand-driven support services from those that fall short - emphasising how support is delivered, not just what is offered. The session will unpack the core principles of SCALE and explore practical tools and resources that intermediaries and support organisations can use to realign their programmes and maximise value for the enterprises they serve.
Participants will engage in peer-to-peer discussions, reflect on their own delivery models and walk away with actionable insights on how to adapt the SCALE methodology to their unique context within the ecosystem.
