Sara Calvo

Sara Calvo is a Senior Lecturer in Sustainable Business at the Open University and Co-Founder of Minca Ventures Ltd, a UK-based social enterprise consultancy. With over 15 years of international experience, she has led sustainability and impact projects across Latin America, Africa, Asia and Europe. Sara is the co-author of several books, including Social and Solidarity Economy: The World’s Economy with a Social Face, Social Enterprise in Latin America and Leading with Purpose: Stories of Social Heroes. Her work bridges academia and practice, focusing on sustainable development, community empowerment and social innovation.
