Rich Chen

Rich is the Co-founder and CEO of Impact Hub Taipei, Chairperson of B Lab Taiwan and Director at Taishin Youth Foundation and Well Planet Foundation. Formerly Co-Chair of the Executive Yuan’s Youth Advisory Council, he holds degrees in Japanese, International Relations and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from National Taiwan University. Beginning his career at Medtronic, Rich later co-founded Impact Hub Taipei to build Taiwan’s social innovation ecosystem. A strong advocate for youth engagement and the B Corp movement, he focuses on cross-sector collaboration, sustainability transitions and empowering organisations to create long-term social impact.
