This is not a conference. It’s a five-day immersion into one of the world’s most distinctive social enterprise ecosystems, limited to 40 senior leaders from across the globe. You will spend five days visiting social enterprises, meeting national policymakers and corporate leaders and engaging in structured dialogue with Korean ecosystem leaders. Leave with new relationships, fresh perspectives and a concrete plan for applying what you’ve learned at home.
Korea is home to one of the world’s most developed and distinctive social enterprise ecosystems, shaped by landmark legislation, strong government commitment and a dynamic civil society. Its location makes it a unique convening point for social economy leaders from across Asia and beyond.
Ecosystem Leadership Exchange is hosted in partnership with the Center for Social Value Enhancement Studies (CSES), a corporate foundation of SK Group and one of Korea’s leading organisations advancing the creation, measurement and scaling of social value. Through research, cross-sector collaboration and hands-on work with social enterprises, CSES plays a central role in shaping Korea’s social enterprise ecosystem.

Join senior leaders in social and economic policy, social finance, CSR, corporate procurement and social enterprise for five days immersed in the Korean social economy, guided by a programme designed in partnership with CSES.
The programme is structured around four complementary learning experiences:
Guided visits to social enterprises, intermediary organisations, finance institutions and government bodies.
Direct exchange with Korean ecosystem leaders, designed for genuine conversation rather than presentation.
Daily cohort reflection sessions that draw out connections between Korea and your own context.
On the final day, you will develop and share a concrete commitment to applying your learning at home.

Places are limited and interest is high. Apply early and don’t miss your chance to secure a spot.
Registration is by application to ensure a diverse mix of representatives from across the ecosystem and across geographies. More information on pricing and discounts is included in the application form.
