Jennifer Beason

Jennifer “Jen” Beason is a high-energy, creative and results-driven leader who wants to make SAP and the world a better place to work, live and play. After a decade supporting SAP’s customers in North America, she applied her skills as a natural dot-connector and transitioned into corporate affairs to integrate company-wide efforts that help improve people’s lives. Her innovative approach to business continues to push the boundaries of leadership development and corporate procurement, to name a few areas of focus. Today, she is the Global Director of Social Entrepreneurship at SAP, leading programmes and partnerships that accelerate social business in more than 140 countries and through this ecosystem, collectively impacts more than one billion lives.
