This report offers an in-depth analysis of social enterprise support organisations across 23 countries in Europe and neighboring regions. Based on surveys with 27 Europe and Neighbouring Countries members, it explores organisational profiles, impact areas, financial health, challenges and scaling ambitions. Findings highlight strong commitments to inclusive governance, capacity-building and cross-sector collaboration. Yet, barriers persist, including low public awareness, lack of patient capital and funding challenges. The report emphasizes the need for stronger ecosystems, policy support and international collaboration to empower social enterprises as key drivers of a just and green economy.
