This action plan outlines Scotland’s next steps for strengthening the social enterprise sector over three years, as part of a longer-term ten-year strategy. Developed in collaboration with public and third sector partners, the plan focuses on three priorities: growing the sector, building stronger organisations and expanding market opportunities. It recognises the vital role of social enterprises in tackling inequality, driving local renewal and supporting a fairer, more sustainable economy in the wake of COVID-19 and other ongoing challenges.
