Ana Janoševn is a managing director for the Social Impact Award, leading one of the world’s largest communities of early-stage social entrepreneurs under 30, active in Europe, Africa, and Asia. Ana is committed to building capacity among early-stage entrepreneurs and fostering cross-sector dialogues on the topic of social entrepreneurship. Based in Vienna, Austria, Ana is leading a diverse team of 100+ SIA team members and overseeing community growth and strategic development. Moreover, Ana is an experienced workshop and event facilitator, trained in design thinking and organisational development.
