The Rural Social Enterprise Guidebook of Good Practice is a resource developed under the ViSEnet project to support the creation and development of community-based social enterprises in rural areas. It provides case studies from Estonia, Finland, Germany, Romania and Scotland, detailing how rural social enterprises address local economic, social and environmental challenges. The guidebook includes practical tools, networking strategies and policy recommendations to help rural communities start and grow social enterprises. It also highlights the role of digital learning, collaboration and community engagement in building sustainable rural businesses.
