Sandra Gonza is a sustainability professional with over 8 years of experience in managing high-performing multi-located teams and guiding organizations in designing and implementing strategies that seamlessly align with and bolster their business objectives. Expertise extends to overseeing strategic projects within the apparel and textile supply chain, with a keen focus on supply chain due diligence and traceability, upstream circularity, stakeholder engagement and the establishment of strategic partnerships, including cross-sectorial and pre-competitive collaborations. In her previous role as the Strategy and Business Impact Consultant at Tailwind, Sandra had the privilege of advising companies, NGOs and organizations on bridging the gap between sustainability, business management, and effective brand communication. She also played a pivotal role in scaling cross-border collaborations as part of the Global Fashion Agenda’s Impact Programme on Circular Fashion Partnership.
