Patrick Bardsley

Patrick is CEO and Co-Founder of Spectrum Designs Foundation, an enterprise employing neurodivergent people. He has led Spectrum’s businesses, including Spectrum Suds, to generate over $8m in annual revenue and create more than 50 jobs for people on the autism spectrum. Spectrum’s businesses are proud to be People and Planet First verified. Patrick also chairs the board of NYSID, responsible for more than 4,700 jobs for New Yorkers with disabilities and serves as an Ambassador for Delivering Jobs, a campaign dedicated to creating 1,000,000 employment and leadership opportunities for people with autism, intellectual and/or developmental differences.
