Executive Manager - Youth Justice & Social Enterprise | YMCA Victoria Youth Services | Australia

Mick is currently the Executive Manager of YMCA Victoria Youth Services focusing on his two passions: youth justice and social enterprise. Both the YMCA Bridge Project and its social enterprise YMCA ReBuild are part of YMCA Victoria Youth Services. Mick is strong advocate for social change through social enterprise and spends the majority of his time developing and implementing innovative programs, services and initiatives that lead to the creation of meaningful and supportive career pathways for young people in the justice system. He is the co-producer and co-host of “Time to ReBuild” podcast which shares stories of incarceration to positive transformation and everything in-between. In 2020, he was awarded a Westpac Social Change fellowship in recognition for his contribution to reducing recidivism through innovative and positive impact initiatives.
