Ellie Koepplinger

Ellie Koepplinger is a corporate strategist and sustainability advocate with expertise in the circular economy. While Head of Growth at Reposit, she led the UK’s first returnable cup scheme with major brands including Costa, Caffe Nero and Burger King. A UC Berkeley economics graduate and Bain & Co alumna, Ellie’s fluency in Mandarin Chinese enables her to combine global strategic business acumen with a passion for environmental impact. She currently runs a non-profit consultancy supporting BIPOC-led start-ups to scale and serves as a Trustee for Wellbeing Economy Alliance Scotland.
