Eadie Pfahlert

Eadie Pfahlert (she/her) is a Policy Officer based in Edinburgh, originally from Australia. She works across global programs that support rural communities and social enterprises, with a focus on inclusive policy development, network building and practical collaboration.

Eadie leads work on the Global Rural Social Enterprise Network, a peer-led initiative connecting rural changemakers around the world. She also co-coordinates SEWF’s Community Hubs program, supports the SEWF Youth Advisory Group and helps deliver the bi-annual Rural Gathering.

Her work focuses on making policy more accessible and representative by centring lived experience and connecting grassroots ideas to global decision-making. She is especially passionate about rural equity and youth leadership in the social economy.
