Andy Reed

Andy Reed is an economic development practitioner who engages companies, government, higher education institutions and NGOs to solve complex community problems in Portland, Oregon. He’s led collective impact work for 20 years to build inclusive workforce and economic development systems. Additionally, Andy has taught for 20 years at Portland State University on topics of refugee resettlement, immigration, workforce development and international development. He holds a master’s degree in conflict resolution with a focus on intercultural communication and peace studies.
