This document highlights the role of social enterprises in prioritising social impact over profit by using tools for social and financial inclusion, especially for marginalised groups like women and youth. The paper discusses how social and green enterprises contribute to employment, training and the development of innovative, environmentally sustainable solutions in the Western Balkans. It advocates for policies that promote the growth and support of these enterprises to drive regional development and integration with EU standards.
