Community Wealth Building (Scotland) Bill [As Passed] is the full text of Scottish legislation introduced by Kate Forbes in March 2025. It requires Scottish Ministers to produce a national community wealth building statement and local authorities to develop action plans in partnership with relevant public bodies, covering procurement, democratic ownership, land use, social enterprise and climate resilience.
