Penny Pei Wen Lai

Penny Lai is the Co-founder of MUVE NPO, a non-profit in Taiwan that uses eye-tracking technology to support people with severe physical disabilities. Over the past ten years, she has led the team in developing inclusive education systems that make assistive eye-tracking technology more accessible. MUVE NPO focuses on using technology not just for innovation but to create meaningful impact in people’s lives.
