Nichole Foster

Nichole Foster works with STREAT, a Melbourne-based, food-system, work integration social enterprise. Nichole is a project manager with STREATwise, STREAT’s knowledge and innovation arm, that focusses on social enterprise knowledge and resource sharing. Nichole’s passion for sustainable food systems and youth development originated in Austin, Texas in 2016 where her career began. Since then, she has focussed her attention on strengthening the connections between food system communities and organisations, providing opportunities to at-risk youth and growing STREAT as a social enterprise. When she isn’t at her laptop writing and executing to-do lists, she’s baking extravagant cakes and growing flowers in her garden.
