Phạm Kiều Oanh

Phạm Kiều Oanh is a leading ecosystem builder for social entrepreneurship in Vietnam. As Founder and Executive Director of the Centre for Social Initiatives Promotion (CSIP), she has grown a national pipeline of impact ventures, supporting over 300 social impact businesses and shaping enabling policies, including the recognition of social enterprises in Vietnam’s 2014 Enterprise Law. A seasoned speaker, mentor and researcher, she has represented Vietnam at international and national forums and led nearly 20 studies on social impact business. Oanh holds an MA in Anthropology and Sociology from Monash University.
