Samuel Barco

Samuel Barco Serrano is a senior researcher, consultant, activist and Social Entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in political science research and extensive international experience in the field of social entrepreneurship development. He has completed assignments for the most relevant international actors (European Commission, World Bank, European Social Fund, OECD, CAF, ILO, etc.) and governments (South Africa, Poland, Slovakia, Greece, etc.) in three continents. He has also collaborated with several international social economy organisations (CICOPA, ICA, REVES, etc), participating actively in several boards. He holds two Masters one in Political Science (UNED University) and International Relations and Communication (Complutense University).
