Randhula de Silva

Randhula de Silva is the Founder and CEO of GoodLife X Asia, creating a new wave of entrepreneurs and innovators in the traditional sectors to transition into a regenerative economy. As the former CEO of Hatch works, Sri Lanka’s largest space for startup innovation and acceleration, she held a unique dual position as the Chief Disruptor of GIZ. During this time, she founded two sector-specific accelerator programmes and three incubation programmes for the first time in Sri Lanka. Director of the Sri Lankan chapter of the Global Entrepreneurship Network and works with multiple international and private sector organisations in designing programs to create positive disruptions. Being a strong advocator of homegrown artists and creatives, she co-founded an alternate film screening platform and was the Executive Producer of the Sri Lankan Feature film Avilenasului. Recently she was awarded Chevening Research, Science and Innovation Leadership Fellow from the University of Oxford.
