I joined Ecologeco because I wanted to make a positive environmental difference. Studying Environmental Science at University has allowed me to use my knowledge and apply it directly to the project where we aim to create a financially viable seaweed supplement to add to ruminants existing diet. I was a vegan for two years previously due to wanting to live a more sustainable lifestyle. However, it is a very restrictive diet and more challenging to maintain health without prior planning. This is why I love the idea of creating low-methane dairy and meat products, allowing consumers to continue with their usual diet whilst also knowing they are living a more sustainable life.
