Michael Lim is the Executive Director of Sedo Group (Social Value), a consultancy that helps businesses win government work. In this role, he helps businesses diversify their supply chain and navigate the social value policy ecosystem. Michael is also the co-founder of SocialPro, a cloud-based reporting tool for monitoring social and sustainable procurement performance in construction. Michael currently holds a range of professional appointments including being a member of the Western Metropolitan Partnership, Tarneit Revitalisation Board, Melton Revitalisation Board and Community Member of the Sunshine Transport Precinct. Michael was the 2018 Brimbank Young Citizen of the Year, the 2017 Victorian Premier’s Volunteer Champion in the Impact category, Finalist for the 2023 Victorian Young Achiever (Social Impact) and the 2023 University of Melbourne Rising Star Alumni Award (Faculty of Arts).
