Marie-Eve Proulx
In October 2018, Marie-Eve Proulx was elected as a Member of the National Assembly for the first time and appointed minister in the Legault cabinet. At the beginning of her career, she created Québec’s Regional Youth Forums designed to foster youth participation in Québec’s regional development. In addition to investing in forums across Québec, she regionalised funds by and for youth over the entire territory. Thereafter, Proulx worked on implementing a community of practice in social and technological innovation for the Université du Québec network. She set up a knowledge brokering service in Québec’s healthcare system. Alongside her professional duties, she held the positions of municipal councillor and mayor of her home village for eight years. In recent years, she started up her own coaching, strategic planning and project management company. She has more than 20 years experience in project and organisational management.
