Lorraine Charles is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Na’amal, which links forcibly displaced people with remote work opportunities. She also holds two roles at the University of Cambridge, first as a Research Associate for the Centre for Business Research and second as the Co-Lead of the Digital Skills and Digital Work project at the Centre for the Study of Global Human Movement. She has recently been appointed as a member of the MIT ReACT Advisory Committee and the International Rescue Committee (IRC) Technical Advisory Committee for the ReBuild, their East Africa livelihood programme.
