Lisa Hawkes

Lisa works for Unilever on TRANSFORM, an initiative to support social entrepreneurs set up by Unilever, the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office and EY. TRANSFORM provides business mentorship and grant funding to entrepreneurs in South Asia and Africa. Lisa has worked with social entrepreneurs for the last eight years, specialising in enterprises that provide sanitation to low-income people. She is highly motivated by helping social entrepreneurs solve critical problems to help their businesses grow, which often includes developing their value proposition and marketing materials. Lisa has worked for Unilever for a decade. She originally joined through the Future Leaders management trainee programme and has worked in various sustainability roles across research and development, supply chain and within the Global Sustainability Team.
