Leah has worked as a public sector buyer for 15 years with the Department of National Defence and currently the City of Victoria in British Columbia. Leah is passionate about incorporating social and sustainable outcomes into the projects the public sectors deliver and has focused on implementing Social Procurement at the City of Victoria, BC for the last 5 years.
