Kylie Flament

With a background in HR, strategy and for purpose management, Kylie spent half a decade in the role of General Manager at not-for-profit social enterprise Green Connect – one she describes as having to be a human Swiss Army Knife, using every business and community development skill in her toolkit. Green Connect employs young people and former refugees to do environmental work including reducing waste and growing fair food. Last year Green Connect employed 106 young people and former refugees, kept 164 tonnes of waste out of landfill and grew and distributed more than 52,000 kg of fair food from their award-winning farm.
