Kathleen Melis

Kathleen Melis has been focused on system change and transition from an early age. As an impact coach at the Social Innovation Factory, she has been immersing herself in the world of social entrepreneurship for ten years. In one-on-one coaching and group facilitation, she works mainly on stakeholder strategy, co-creation, impact-driven business models and community building. In recent years, her work has evolved under the growing realisation that in order to bring about the change that’s needed, we need to work at our inner capacity to deal with our increasingly complex environment and challenges. In 2022, she co-founded the IDG (Inner Development Goals) hub in Flanders.
