Ellen Oetelmans

Ellen Oetelmans is the Program Manager of Amsterdam Impact, a City of Amsterdam initiative to strengthen the impact entrepreneurship ecosystem, create systemic change locally and on an (inter)national level, and thus accelerate the transition to an impact economy. Ellen regularly speaks about ecosystem building and an impact economy at global events such as SEWF and the Global Social Economy Forum. Before co-creating and launching Amsterdam Impact in 2015 with a wide range of ecosystem actors, she was a senior strategic advisor for the City of Amsterdam and a policy advisor for the Dutch House of Representatives. Ellen holds a Master’s in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam.
