Elizabeth Chick-Blount

Elizabeth Chick-Blount is the Executive Director at Buy Social Canada. Buy Social Canada advocate for and support the implementation of social procurement across Canada. This includes working with all levels of government, institutions and corporations to support their social procurement journey and offering a Canada-wide social enterprise certification. Elizabeth studied Law at the University of Cambridge, and is a Social Innovation Alumni. Elizabeth has previously worked with social enterprises and consulted for the public sector in the UK and Canada. As Executive Director at Buy Social Canada, Elizabeth coordinates and connects Buy Social Canada’s work with the public and private sectors to design and implement Social Procurement and Community Benefit Agreement policies and practices and to support organizations across the country to buy and sell with impact.
