Molefe Itumeleng Pule

Molefe has training in the functioning of human systems, development and implementation of public policies, monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment as well as governance issues. He has a specific interest in the development and effective implementation of outcomes-focused socio-economic policies, particularly in the public sector. The focus of his recent work includes working on South Africa’s Social and Solidarity Economy Policy as well as the implementation of developmentally focused economic inclusion policy interventions. Molefe’s background training in psychology underpins his approach to his career and work – human-centredness, effective communication, and strategic interaction are key principles.
