David Clements

David Clements is the Deputy Secretary of the Inclusion Group for the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions. Over the past 20 years, David has held numerous senior positions at the Department of Health, Department of Human Services, Department of Education and the Department of Premier and Cabinet. David has previously worked in banking and finance and has also worked as a social worker in Australia and Ireland. He holds Bachelor Degrees in both Business and Social Work, with a Masters Degree in Public Policy and Management. David is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
