Andrew Almack

Andrew Almack founded Plastics for Change in 2011 which has, over the course of 10 years, become the world’s largest and most trusted source of fair trade verified recycled plastic and was one of the first OBP certified companies in the world.

Andrew’s entire career has been focused on using plastics as an enabler of sustainable livelihoods for the urban poor. He has had the opportunity to share his expertise and knowledge in this sector in many international conferences including giving a keynote presentation on a circular economy strategy at the Textile Exchange conference in Washington and at the Business With Purpose conference in NYC. In July, he discussed these topics with the CEO of the World Fair Trade Organisation.
