AMP Foundation Tomorrow Makers
Deadline: 5 February 2025
The AMP Foundation Tomorrow Makers IGNITE programme offers up to $110,000 in grant funding, tailored capacity-building support and mentorship from top-tier experts. This 12-month programme is designed for social entrepreneurs ready to launch or scale their social enterprise business models. Participants will receive the tools and guidance needed to create real, lasting impact.
River Delta Communities Fellowship
Deadline: 9 February 2025
A three-month remote fellowship programme by Planet Reimagined, focusing on innovative solutions to climate challenges in River Delta Communities. Fellows will receive a $3000 stipend and conduct research, develop policy recommendations and produce creative digital content to advocate for change, with case studies in the Mississippi, Danube and Mekong River Deltas.
Honnold Foundation Solar Energy Funding
Deadline: 13 February 2025
Provides funding to organisations or projects using solar energy to serve underserved or marginalised communities. Grant awards typically range from US$25,000 to US$150,000.

Employment Social Enterprise Grant – Program Year 2024-25
Deadline: 14 February 2025
The Employment Development Department (EDD), in coordination with the Labour and Workforce Development Agency, offers up to $10 million in Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I Governor’s discretionary funds. These grants support the design, development and implementation of programs promoting job training opportunities and transitional employment through social enterprise initiatives, aiming to serve California’s most vulnerable populations.
Halcyon Climate Fellowship
Deadline: 16 February 2025
The Halcyon Climate Fellowship supports founders and entrepreneurs addressing climate challenges through renewable energy, green building, agriculture, water technology and blue economy solutions. Fellows receive expert training in Washington, D.C. and critical resources to accelerate their ventures, including a US$10,000 equity-free living stipend per venture. Eligibility extends to for-profit startups with scalable climate solutions from across Latin America and the Caribbean.
Bayer Foundation Women Entrepreneurs Award
Deadline: 18 February 2025
The Bayer Foundation is offering women entrepreneurs the opportunity to take their impact business to the next level. The award includes a six-month Accelerator programme, a €25,000 cash prize, a fully sponsored trip to the award ceremony, mentorship, networking opportunities and more.
Social Entrepreneurship Challenge for Teen Changemakers
Deadline: 23 February 2025
This challenge invites teenagers to develop innovative solutions to social issues by creating new products, services, or business ideas that generate real impact. Participants are required to submit a 3–5 minute video pitch, with the chance to win a cash prize from the Fleischer Scholars Foundation to help bring their ideas to life.
Hult Prize
Deadline: 28 February 2025
The Hult Prize challenges young people worldwide to solve the planet’s most pressing issues through social entrepreneurship. Participants join a global community of student entrepreneurs, mentors and industry experts as they work to earn a spot in our Global Finals where finalists compete for $1M in funding.
Tony Elumelu Foundation — Entrepreneurship Programme for Africans 2025
Deadline: 1 March 2025
The Tony Elumelu Foundation fosters and supports start-up enterprises in Africa. The TEF Entrepreneurship Programme provides mentoring, training, forums, seed capital and alumni support to individuals in Africa proposing new business ideas or early-stage companies in sectors that include agriculture, among others. Participants receive up to US$5,000 in seed capital. The programme is open to citizens and legal residents ages 18 and older in any African country.
NextWorldNow Community Investments — Community Grants 2025
Deadline: 1 March 2025
NextWorldNow (NWN) collaborates with community leaders addressing social challenges such as water, sanitation, deforestation, smallholder productivity and food security. Grants up to US$10,000. Community organisations should submit a short “Notification of Interest” to express their intent to apply. Selected organisations will be invited to submit a full grant application.
KBF Africa Prize 2025-2026
Deadline: 3 March 2025
The KBF Africa Prize is awarded to African organisations making outstanding contributions to development in Africa. The Prize focuses on initiatives that tackle challenges in transformative ways, are resilient and adaptable, have a long-term vision and empower people to take their future into their own hands. The winners receive financial support of up to €250,000. Self-nomination is not permitted.
Google DeepMind AI Master’s Scholarships
Deadline: Varies by university
Google DeepMind is committed to increasing accessibility in AI education. This scholarship programme supports underrepresented students and those with limited financial means to pursue postgraduate study in AI and AI-adjacent fields. The initiative partners with universities worldwide to foster a diverse and inclusive AI community.
