Shelene Bailey

Shelene is passionate about youth entrepreneurial education. Having studied entrepreneurship at university, she has experience both participating in accelerator programs developing her own social enterprise, and supporting founders as a facilitator and coordinator. Being heavily involved with the University of the Sunshine Coast, she was a student experience mentor and spent my degree assisting and engaging with other students. she has spent three years as a tutor and loves supporting young people and helping them realise their potential.

Milly Bannister is the Founder and Director of ALLKND, a not-for-profit organisation reducing the national youth suicide rate by teaching Australia’s first digital, peer-to-peer mental health first aid program, at scale around the country. She’s a communications specialist and digital creator with a 160k+ community, with a background and training in Journalism, Positive Psychology and Human Research. She’s currently an ambassador for Microsoft Surface, Nexba, MG Motor and has worked with the likes of BMW, Sony, Olay, Amazon and Google.

Brady grew up on Gunai Kurnai Country, in the rural town of Maffra. As an Advanced Science graduate from Monash University, he has a wide breadth of experience in science communication, ecological research, leadership and entrepreneurship education.
Working with organisations such as Agriculture Victoria, Vanuatu Health and Youthrive Victoria, Brady has a diverse perspective on social entrepreneurship and its potential in various sectors.
Brady currently works for NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service where he works closely with scientists and Traditional Owners on environmental research projects. Brady is also proud to be an ACRE Board Director which aligns with his passion to activate rural youth to be leaders and to empower action towards regenerative communities.

Nicole is a globally recognised expert and practitioner in project-based learning and youth entrepreneurship. She is the Founder of Future Anything, an award-winning, curriculum-aligned entrepreneurship program for high school students, the founder of YouthX, Australia’s only startup accelerator program for school-aged entrepreneurs, and the founder of Catapult Cards, a design thinking tool for corporates and classrooms.

Theia has been involved in South-East Queensland’s social enterprise, startup, and entrepreneurial education space since 2015. At university, she studied law and business. Theia has held several leadership, board, and volunteer roles in not-for-profit organisations. She was the former President of IMPACT Social Enterprise. This volunteer-led organisation delivered social enterprise education programs, events, and hackathon-style conferences to young high school and university people. Theia is now the Marketing Coordinator at Young Change Agents. Theia is passionate about social entrepreneurship as a vehicle for positive and sustainable change and believes that design thinking is an essential tool for aspiring changemakers.

Zephyr Marlin

Zephyr is a youth board member for ALLKND because he really believes in changing perspectives on mental health. He works with members of ALLKND to change views and stop the negative stigma associated with mental health. He has had his own journey with mental health and so is excited to help others through theirs.

Issy is a young person skilled in Public Speaking, Leadership, and Advocacy. She is currently completing her final year of High School as the College Vice Captain and Well-being Prefect at Sheldon College, Brisbane. She has great experience in community aid and action including many experiences with the United Nations, Queensland Youth Parliament, and ALLKND Organisation. She is an active volunteer in the wider community and was awarded the 2022 Young Citizen of the Year,and 2020 Australian Defence Force Long Tan Leadership and Teamwork Award for her efforts.
